
The Ghor Provincial Office of the Rah-e-Rahnaward Social Welfare Organization (RRSWO) held a ten-day workshop titled ‘Capacity Building for Employees’ with the aim of enhancing work capacity and improving employee performance.
The workshop covered important topics including: report writing, management and leadership, organizational culture, principles of PSEA, GRM, safeguarding, administrative ethics, human resources, familiarization with the organization’s principles and policies, and methods for implementing activities according to the job description. The program was designed both theoretically and practically so that participants could apply new skills in their work environment.
Holding this workshop is considered an effective step towards improving the organization’s performance and enhancing the quality of services provided to target communities.

The workshop concluded with the distribution of certificates to participants and an emphasis on the importance of continuing such programs.
