Mr. Alhaj Serajuddin Ghafory, the executive director of RRSWO, along with his accompanying delegation, held an administrative meeting with the staff of the Ghor provincial office. The purpose of the meeting was to streamline the affairs of the provincial office, identify challenges and achievements, and provide necessary guidance for improved performance in the future.

The meeting began with Mr. Mohammad Nasir Tawakuli, Provincial Coordinator of Ghor provnce, welcoming the central office delegation to Ghor province. He presented a comprehensive presentation highlighting RRSWO’s achievements in the province.
Mr. Tawakuli, in the presence of the Executive Director and the provincial staff, attributed all the achievements of RRSWO in Ghor to the tireless and dedicated efforts of the local team.
Following that, Mr. Serajuddin Ghafory spoke about the findings of their monitoring visits to the districts of Firozkoh, Dowlatyar, Chaharsada, and Dawlina. He also discussed the general status of the provincial office and the performance of staff both in the provincial center and the districts.

Mr. Ghafory appreciated and thanked all the project staff of UNICEF and CRS, who have been active for nearly one and a half years. He emphasized that RRSWO’s achievements and success are directly tied to the honest and devoted efforts of the provincial colleagues. He urged all staff members to act responsibly and uphold good moral conduct in their duties.
In the final part of the meeting, Mr. Mohammad Gul Yazdan Panah Safeguarding Officer, Mr. Ali Reza Eshraq Educaton Officer, and Mr. Bahai Khan Bahadur M & E of Ghor provincial office delivered presentations on various topics. These included child protection and safeguarding standards, child psychosocial support, environmental protection, and the process of conducting interviews with students and teachers of community-based and transitioned schools.
