As part of his monitoring and review of the implementation of the CBE project in Daikundi province, Serajuddin Ghafory, the executive director of Rah-e-Rahnaward Social Welfare Organization, flew to this province.
Mr. Ghafory, who was accompanied by Haidar KhairKha, the monitoring and evaluation officer of this organization, explained the purpose of his trip: Ensuring the correct implementation of the program, examining the status of CBE classes in this province, solving existing management challenges and improving the quality of the educational program.
Rah-e-Rahnaward Social Welfare’s executive director met with officials of the provincial office and districts during this trip. However, the executive director was not able to meet with all of the officials as planned.
This meeting, which was held in the conference hall of the provincial office of the organization, Mr. Ghafory, after listening to the reports, activities, achievements and suggestions of the provincial officials and district officials, discussed the efforts of the leadership of the RRSWO in Daikundi Province and their one-year achievements and so on. He expressed optimism about the success of the provincial colleagues in implementing the CBE project and considered this success as a big step in educational development, especially in the deprived areas of Daikundi province.
The executive director of Rah-e-Rahnaward Social Welfare Organization, who called the one-year achievement of the provincial employees the result of their sincere efforts and sacrifices, emphasized that in order to achieve effective results, it is necessary for our colleagues to continue their efforts.
Mr. Ghafory also asked colleagues in the province to have better intimacy and coordination in order to achieve better results and greater effectiveness of the project, and refrain from any kind of performance that causes the team to disperse.
The executive director also met with UNICEF field office officials during his trip and appreciated their cooperation for the best possible implementation of the local education project and emphasized the continuation of this cooperation.
In this meeting, UNICEF field office officials also expressed optimism about the implementation of the program and called it the most effective project in that province.
At the same time, in order to better coordinate the implementation of the CBE program, he also met and talked with officials of the directorate of Education in Daikundi province.
In this meeting, Mr. Ghafouri, while expressing his gratitude for the constant cooperation of the Directorate of Education in implementing the local education program of Daikundi province, considered the CBE program to be a national and joint project between Rah-e-rahnaward Social Welfare organization, UNICEF and the Ministry of Education, and expressed that success in implementing this program requires the permanent coordination and cooperation of the Directorate of Education.
At the same time, Mufti Rahmatullah Modaser, Director of education in Daikundi province, expressed his satisfaction with the presence of the leadership of Rah-e-rahaward Social Welfare organization in Daikundi province, and expressed that the CBE program in Daikundi is one of the few programs that have been implemented so far, considering all the existing geographical and natural risks, so well in this province that he said it was an excellent example that was adapted beyond its standards.
The Directorate of Education in Daikundi province still wants to continue the CBE program and increase the classes in this province.
Recently, the leadership of Rah-e- Rahnaward organization visited a number of CBE classes in the center and some districts and praised the teachers who showed their competence in teaching and educating children and such distinguished students.
CBE program sponsored by the United Nations Children’s Fund; For a year now, the Daykandi program has been going on, and the responsibility for implementing it is taken by the Rah-e-rahnaward Social Welfare Organization, and in this program, thousands of boys and girls are engaged in learing.
