According to the pre-scheduled monitoring program of the Executive Director of RRSWO and his accompanying team, which included representatives from RRSWO’s main office, RRSW’s Provincial Coordinator of Ghor province, and delegates from the Ghor Education Department, a two-day visit was carried out to supervise the community-based education classes implemented by RRSWO in Dawlina district.

The delegation included Mohammad Gul Yazdanpanah, Child Protection Officer; Abdul Qadeer Ghori, Human Resources Officer; Mohammad Nasir Tawakuli, RRSWO’s Provincial Coordinator; Mawlawi Abdul Ghafour Basharat, Head of Professional Development for Teachers, and Mohammad Reza Sadr Akbari, Community-Based Education officer in Dawlina district.
The visiting team expressed satisfaction with the progress of the classes, the availability of educational materials, the advancement of students in their lessons, and their academic levels. They emphasized the need for teachers to make further efforts.

During the visit, the Executive Director of RRSWO stressed to the local teachers the importance of greater focus and dedication to teaching and student learning. He also instructed RRSWO staff in Dawlina district to enhance their supervision and provide increased guidance to the teachers.
In recognition of their dedication, hardworking teachers and outstanding students were appreciated with awards and certificates of appreciation.
Parents and students most of whom were in the fourth and fifth grades expressed satisfaction with the learning progress and requested the continuation of this program.
As part of the monitoring visit, the RRSWO Director and his team also met with local officials of Dawlina district. Mr. Ghafory requested support from district authorities and the local education office to help advance the community-based education program.

The district officials pledged their full cooperation in ensuring better access to education for children, particularly through the community-based education initiative.
The Rah-e-Rahnaward Social Welfare Organization (RRSWO) operates in Afghanistan in the fields of education, health, agriculture, and social services. Currently, it provides educational services in Ghor province to over 9,000 boys and girls who have been deprived of formal education.
