Based on needs assessments and capacity-building plans of the provincial office of Rahe Rahnaward Social Welfare Organization (RRSWO) in Ghor province, the training session “Cycle of Administrative and Human Resources Documents ” was conducted on July 29, 2025, for 14 employees.
This program was attended by program officers, admin and HR responsible, M&E responsible, and district officers covered by this organization. The training sessions were facilitated by Mohammad Nasir Tawakuli, the provincial coordinator of RRSWO in Ghor province.
The training program covered topics such as the importance of administrative documents, the document cycle within the RRSWO organization, writing methods and processing of letters and organizational documents, employee recruitment, attendance and absenteeism, legal leave, resignations, and other related issues pertaining to the two main sections.

Additionally, open discussions and dialogues on other administrative-related issues were included in this training program. Tawakuli, the P.C. of RRSWO in Ghor, emphasized the importance of documentation in carrying out activities and expressed hope that the outcomes of this training program would contribute to improving administrative performance.
This program demonstrates the ongoing commitment of RRSWO to enhance human resource capacities and improve administrative processes.
