Meeting of Maidan wardak provincial team with the Director of RRSWO

Today (3.6.2023), the members of Maidan wardak provincial team met with Mr. Serajuddin Ghafory, the general director of Rah-e-Rahnaward Social Welfare organization (RRSWO) and discussed in detail the important issues of the educational project of that province.

First, the Director of RRSWO spoke, while welcoming the leadership team of Maidan wardak office, he emphasized the following points:

• Complete administrative affairs of Maidan wardak province office;
• organizing workshops to improve the capacity of provincial office employees;
• Compliance with office principles and policies;
• Team management and coordination for better implementation of the project;
• Respecting the hierarchy and keeping the secrets of the office;
• Complying with administrative affairs and restricting attendance;
• Awareness and full compliance with the bill of duties;

Then Mr. Sayed Rahman Salamzai, the provincial coordinator of Maidan wardak, spoke and discussed the suggestions and needs of the provincial office.

With the completion of the recruitment process of field employees, the preliminary survey program to establish classes in five districts of Maidan wardak province is going to start soon.
